Roasting/Expiration DateUpdated 6 months ago
Our coffee is good for a year but for the best quality, we suggest to use within 6 months, for the most optimal flavor since the oils will dry out.
We have three roasters that have their own unique way of notating the date:
Our roaster in New York has the expiration on the back along with a lot number to show what batch it was roasted in. Date will show month and then the year.
Our roaster in Texas uses a software in house that allow them to track each roast and follow its associated lot information.
Our roaster in Virginia has the stickers on the bottom of the bag for the best buy date.
