Roasting/Expiration DateUpdated 6 months ago

Our coffee is good for a year but for the best quality, we suggest to use within 6 months, for the most optimal flavor since the oils will dry out.

We have three roasters that have their own unique way of notating the date:

  • Our roaster in New York has the expiration on the back along with a lot number to show what batch it was roasted in. Date will show month and then the year.

  • Our roaster in Texas uses a software in house that allow them to track each roast and follow its associated lot information.

  • Our roaster in Virginia has the stickers on the bottom of the bag for the best buy date.
