SHIPPING POLICY
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 1–4 business days to process and pack. After that, shipping generally takes 2–10 business days in the continental US. However, due to the unpredictable nature of the shipping industry, delays may occasionally occur. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at [email protected].
Note: Orders to Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take up to 25 business days to arrive.
Orders may be held due to weather conditions or pending restocks.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Options:
Free Shipping on orders over $50 for the US: Estimated delivery 5–10 business days
Standard Shipping ($9.99): Estimated delivery 2–7 business days
Canadian Orders: Shipping costs range from $21.95 to $61.95, depending on the number of bags ordered.
Customs & Import Duties: For international orders (including Canada), customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, tariffs, and import taxes. Lifeboost Group Inc. is not liable for any of these charges or for delays caused by customs processing
Order Changes & Cancellations:
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment by calling 1-800-479-1596 or emailing [email protected].
If an order is refused or returned to us, the carrier may charge a return fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Lifeboost Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our support team for further guidance.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, delivery times may vary and tracking updates may be limited.
Multiple Packages:
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability. You’ll receive separate tracking emails if your order is split.
Shipping Delays Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Holiday Shipping:
During peak seasons and holidays, carriers may experience additional delays. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for delivery.
Address Changes / Intercepts:
Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot change the shipping address. If the address is incorrect and the order ships, you may attempt an intercept through the carrier, which could incur fees that must be paid by the customer.
