Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and Canada. We do not currently ship to other countries.

How much does shipping to Canada cost?

Canadian shipping rates range from $21.95 to $61.95, depending on the number of bags ordered. These rates apply to both one-time purchases and subscriptions.

Will I need to pay customs fees?

Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Lifeboost cannot predict or control these fees. Customs processing may also delay delivery.

What happens if my package is returned because customs fees weren’t paid?

Once we receive the return, we’ll refund the product cost, less the original shipping charges.
