How long does order processing take?
Orders typically take 1–4 business days to process and pack before shipping. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates below.
What are your U.S. shipping rates and delivery times?
Continental U.S.
Free shipping on orders over $50: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days after shipment.
Standard shipping — $9.99: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after shipment.
Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Orders may take up to 25 business days after shipment to arrive. Please also allow 1–4 business days for processing and packing.
Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping, including orders to Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! Shipping costs for Canadian orders range from $21.95 to $61.95, depending on the number of bags ordered.

What can affect delivery times?
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and customs processing may affect arrival times. Orders may also be held while we wait for items to be restocked.
Can my order arrive in more than one package?
Yes. Items may ship separately depending on availability. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you’ll receive separate tracking emails.
