When requesting a return, I didn't get my return label
It is your responsibility to pay the return postage and we recommend you send it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays. Note: we must receive the bag(s) within 30 days from the date you originally purch
Can I return my Amazon or Walmart order directly to Lifeboost Coffee?
No, If you have purchased Lifeboost Coffee product from Amazon or Walmart online, we ask that you contact their customer service to make a return directly with them.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
It usually takes a week to process your package with our returns center, and another 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for a bank (debit card) or credit card company to refund to your card or bank account(debit card).
